The City of Virrat’s Customer Service Point is a customer service center where you can get general advice about municipal services as well as assistance with matters related to Kela and the employment services in the Tampere region employment area. You can drop off mail addressed to Kela or employment services and ask for help with their services or filling in forms. 

Computers at the Customer Service Point are available for accessing the electronic services of the municipality, Kela, and employment services.

The Customer Service Point includes a Kela remote service point, where you can speak with a Kela customer service advisor via video connection. This service is available on Mondays.
