Customer Service Point

The City of Virrat’s Customer Service Point provides general guidance on municipal services and assists with matters related to Kela and the employment services in the Tampere Region Employment Area. You can drop off mail addressed to Kela or the employment services and request help with their services or completing forms. Online services are the primary option, but if needed, paper copies of the Kela and employment services forms are available in the lobby - if you can’t find the one you need, just ask and we’ll help you.

Computers at the Customer Service Point are available for accessing the online services provided by the municipality, Kela, and the employment services.

The Customer Service Point also includes a Kela remote service point where you can speak with a Kela customer service advisor via video connection. This service is available on Mondays.

Please note that the Town Hall opening hours may be subject to change during public holidays and major holiday periods. Notices about closures during holiday periods will be published on this page, typically under the heading “Kaupungintalo kiinni" (Town Hall closed).
